Paint<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"heading-description-wrap\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"heading-description\">\n\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">The chassis is one of the most delicate elements of a vehicle, since it serves as the structure and support for all the parts that make up a vehicle, so we subject each chassis to a rigorous restoration and galvanization process for greater longevity.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The bodywork is carefully sanded and all old paint removed. After stripping, all panels are checked for possible deformation and damage, and are repaired, using traditional techniques.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The quality of our painting has been, for several years, one of our business cards. Assembly is done from installing the crankshaft to positioning the pistons, leaving the bottom of the engine ready.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The process ends with the assembly of the valves into the cylinder head, after which the engine's compression ratio is checked. Once the complete engine is assembled, it is mounted on a test bed, where the ignition and fuel system is tuned for optimum performance.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">All components of the transmission system are also disassembled and rebuilt. The shifting mechanism is readjusted to ensure smooth shifting between gears.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The front and rear suspensions are disassembled, cleaned and sandblasted. After this process, the different parts are painted or galvanized to ensure a perfect waterproofing of the different components that make up the suspension. To ensure the perfect handling of the vehicle, new bearings, connecting rods, bushings, and silencer blocks are installed.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The complete brake system is disassembled from the vehicle, and all its components are evaluated and either completely rebuilt or replaced with original parts. All seals and pistons are replaced or renewed, and all parts are ultrasonically cleaned, after which they are galvanized or painted to ensure a top-quality finish and rust vehicle, restored to its original condition, and replaced with new electrical cables and components manufactured by our expert technicians according to the original specification and periodically correct materials.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Electric engines, such as starter engines, wiper engines, and electric window engines, are assessed for condition, and repaired or replaced if necessary.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Power producing components such as the dynamo or alternator, are refurbished or replaced, and consumables such as carbon brushes in the dynamo are renewed to ensure their
